Dan (Jul 19 2026 at 21:12): Dan (Jul 19 2026 at 21:12):There are some people in the Boston area starting up a local OSM meetup. They were enthused by meeting each other at State of the Map US these last couple of years.
Dan (Jul 19 2026 at 21:14):There has been one meetup already, a few months back. There will be one coming up on July 29th which is a Wednesday, though it will be virtual. I think that is to accommodate people who can't make it IRL. I'll plan to be there. I'll keep you posted when specific details arise.
Dan (Jul 19 2026 at 21:15):Hopefully there will also be IRL events. One of the organizers wanted to do a group edit day at some point which would be fun, and very IRL.
Adrian (Jul 20 2026 at 11:17):I'm down
Adrian (Jul 20 2026 at 11:17):Out of town on the 29 tho
Dan (Jul 20 2026 at 13:16):Hah, well it is virtual. Depending on what you're up to that day it doesn't have to stop you.
Dan (Jul 20 2026 at 20:41):Well it's at noon, Wednesday July 29 on Google Meet. DM me for the link, I want to avoid pasting it publicly.
Dan (Jul 20 2026 at 20:42):Agenda:
SotM recap
Openwetlands
Trails
Pedestrian
What do we want to do in the fall?
Dan (Jul 28 2026 at 17:35):Reminder, tomorrow!
