I'm a believer in data liberation. Generally, I don't want to put my content into any system that doesn't let me get it out. Thankfully, Zulip lets us get our data out.
I just set up an archive of #boston at https://bostonopen.dev/zulip-archive/
It's hosted on GitHub Pages so the data is also here: https://github.com/bostonopen/zulip-archive . See the workflow for how it works. I pretty much just followed the instructions at https://github.com/zulip/zulip-archive
